Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes Ushered Into an HD World
PSN and XBLA enhanced ports coming soon.
03.11.10 - 11:05 PM

This news comes alongside the events of GDC (The Game Developer's Conference). And if there's one developer out there that deserves some respect right about now, it's Capybara Games. This Canadian studio is responsible for the DS Puzzle/Strategy/RPG Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes, which reviewed favorably among game critics (including those of us at RPGFan).

This rather impressive game is now going to get a facelift, replacing super-deformed sprites with stronger 3D representations on the battlefield, and of course, things like spell animations will be improved. The hand-drawn art is going to be up-res'd as well. There will even be a better-integrated online multiplayer mode.

What other changes are in store? We'll find out when the XBLA/PSN version(s) are released later this year.
