Yes, that sub-headline is a Back to the Future reference, and yes, I'm saddened that the iPad release of the BttF game did not take place the same time as the PC & Mac version earlier this week. Moving on...
Somehow, it's already been a month since that Imageepoch press conference in which we learned about their upcoming game lineup. Soon after that, we learned of a partnership with NIS America to distribute the company's titles in English.
While we still don't know which titles exactly, one would imagine that both Final Promise Story and Black Rock Shooter: The Game (so named as to not be confused with the anime) are candidates. This morning we have a new gallery for Black Rock Shooter: The Game, filled with a collection of screens and artwork of some of the game's scantily-clad characters and odd creatures (who are not, thankfully, scantily-clad). In addition, we've added nearly 30 pieces of media to our Final Promise Story gallery, the game that I have to keep telling my brain has nothing to do with Mistwalker's The Last Story.
Final Promise Story is scheduled for release in Japan on April 28th, 2011, with Black Rock Shooter: The Game set for sometime in 2011.
