SEGA Making Limited Edition UMD Demo For Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity
"Some restrictions apply" might be putting it lightly. 12.16.10 - 9:36 PM So, let's say you really want to play Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity. Whether it's because you're a hardcore Phantasy Star fan, or just have a general love for sci-fi, or hell, Colonel Sanders (I still can't get over that), you might be interested to know SEGA is going to be offering a UMD-based demo version of the title. Here's the thing: There will only be 10,000 of these made, and the only ways to secure a copy are to either pick up the game's "Infinity Guidebook" or, if you're going to be attending the Jump Festa in Japan, you can fill out this application and hope you get one. I don't think it's a stretch to imagine these demos will be both coveted and command high prices on eBay. Also, there's some new screen shots in our gallery below, because we felt 220 wasn't enough yet. Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity releases in Japan on February 24th.
