SaGa 3 Remake Gets a Japanese Date + Gallery Added
Physics has taught me that spacetime is an actual word. 10.01.10 - 3:03 AM Not too long ago Square Enix announced a remake of an old GameBoy classic, SaGa 3, better known as Final Fantasy Legend III on this side of the Pacific. The Nintendo DS remake, titled SaGa 3 Jikuu no Hasha (Ruler of Spacetime): Shadow or Light, is getting quite an overhaul especially in the way of 3D character models, and will be much like last year's SaGa 2 remake. One feature is the scenario synchro system, this sees the game's events change depending on how much the Time Gear changes in battles. Rather than via spellbooks, your characters will learn skills in battle like in Romancing SaGa. There is also a new character called as 'The Wanderer' - but other than that he helps out the protagonists, nothing else is known about him. We've also added a gallery with some screens and a piece of artwork, so you can check it out below if the trailer isn't enough for you. SaGa 3 Jikuu no Hasha: Shadow or Light will be out in Japan on January 6th, 2011. There hasn't been any announcement of a North American release at this time.
