Show some respect to Yasunori Shiono and crew.

Yasunori Shiono, or as I like to call him, "Sakuraba-lite," wrote some pretty decent music in the previous decade. Today, we wrap up his RPG-ish endeavors in one neat little package.
In previous updates, we covered the GM-Progress arrange album for Chaos Seed, the old soundtrack for Energy Breaker, and two different soundtrack releases for the Estpolis (aka Lufia) series.
Starting off with the big name, Square Enix actually published a remake of the original Estpolis in Japan for the Nintendo DS. Square Enix also published a two disc soundtrack. The first disc is little more than the Super NES version's OST with some minor touch-ups. The second disc features audio drama and arrangements from Square Enix staff and other Neverland colleagues such as Yukio Nakajima.
Speaking of Nakajima, we have the three disc "Game Sound Legend Series" version of Energy Breaker to talk about. That's a three disc set of music, with music primarily by Nakajima (with contributions from Shiono). This is a great set of music, probably my favorite album of all the music we're talking about in this update.
We also have the GSL package for Chaos Seed, another 3 disc mammoth, this time with more music from Shiono. I was a little underwhelmed, but some people will enjoy it.
Finally, we have the ultra-rare promotional soundtrack for Frontier Stories, known in the US as CIMA: The Enemy. Tomoko Morita (one of my favorite composers of late) worked with Shiono on this one, and I think despite the GBA title's poor performance as an actual game, audiophiles might find something to like in the soundtrack.
