Zenonia Gets Update, Lite Version
Much-welcomed improvements, and a free version to boot.

It's been awhile since we talked about GAMEVIL's Zenonia. Since its release in May, the game has gone to become one of the top sellers in the iTunes App Store. Earlier this week, Zenonia 1.1 was released with several improvements. Along with the expected iPhone OS 3.0 compatibility, the on-screen d-pad was repositioned to allow for a wider touch area, and inventory navigation was improved (you no longer have to hit the 'back' button to move the cursor to the main strip of icons along the top, which is much nicer). The hunger and durability systems were rebalanced for the better, and you can now disable the in-game music and listen to your own.

For any iPhone and iPod touch owners who have yet to play the game, today saw the release of Zenonia Lite - a free version of the title - allowing you to demo the first eight quests and explore the opening areas. If you're still on the fence about buying the game, this is the perfect way to decide.
