Looks like Softmax is still working on this one.

Two years ago, Softmax announced plans to bring the sequel to its RPG title Magna Carta to Xbox 360. Today the Korean developers finally shed some new details on their newest product.
The game is running on Epic's Unreal Engine 3. The game system and setting have been entirely renewed. The story's main theme is "destiny and sacrifice." In addition to the main story line, numerous quests are available to be explored.
So far the following six characters have been revealed: Protagonist Jut who has lost his memory, the exiled queen Luzefilda, the beautiful fencer Melissa, the giant warrior Argo, chancellor Schuensaid who assassinated the former queen and Erga, an extremely violent murderer.
Magna Carta 2 will be available in Japan later this year.
