Fallout 3 Downloadable Content Announced

Bethesda has announced the first downloadable content and editor for Fallout 3 today. The editor, called the Garden of Eden Creation Kit, will be free for download for all Games for Windows users in December. The editor will allow players to expand the wasteland in any way they please.

For Xbox 360 and Windows, three downloadable content packages have been announced. The first, Operation: Anchorage ushers players through the liberation of Anchorage from Communist China. It will be available in January. The second, available in February, called The Pitt, will take players to an industrial raider city in Pittsburgh. The third and final package promises to expand on the main story in Fallout 3. It is scheduled for a March release.
