Square Enix today announced that sales of its Ultimate Hits series of budget re-releases have exceeded 1.5 million copies. Since its launch in September 2005, the company has re-released 34 titles under the Ultimate Hits brand.

Next month will see the re-releases of Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable and Valkyrie Profile Lenneth for PlayStation Portable.
