John Tucker, one of our more recent additions to the staff, decided to do a one-two punch on the PSP incarnations of Raven Software's hit titles, X-Men Legends II: Rise of the Apocalypse and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Released in 2005 and 2006 respectively, these two games showed some of the best Action RPG gameplay on a handheld ... ever. The use of well-known franchise characters is also a plus.
Then, there's an old-timey, long-forgotten game that we knew we had to go back and reminisce about someday. PoPoLoCrois for PSP marked the first time Sony's unique, cutesy RPG series hits American shores. Neal Chandran played through this childlike artistic romp, and he had the nerve to put a numerical grade on it (well, he was forced to, since it's our policy and all). Anyway, read it.
