Nippon Ichi Software today officially announced Makai Senki Disgaea 3 for PlayStation 3. Judging from the two screenshots which have been released so far, the company's newest strategy RPG offering will retain the comic style visuals of its PlayStation 2-based prequels.

Makai Senki Disgaea 3 will be available in Japan sometime this winter for 6,800 yen ($55.80 US).
