Gurumin Editor Review

Falcom's first fully 3D title to be released was originally a PC game. The gameplay, however, emulated games such as Brave Fencer Musashi, and they saw it fit to port the game to PSP.

Mastiff, a company that has from time to time championed the release of obscure Japanese RPGs, decided to bring the game to the US.

That game, of course, is Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure.

Since its release, the game has received some critical acclaim, and its quick disappearance in stores means that the opening sales have been up to expectation as well. Is this just hype for the underdog, or do Mastiff and Falcom deserve the praise?

Our own John McCarroll, senior editor at RPGFan, lets you know what's what in tonight's review.
