Summon Night Review-apalooza
12.11.06 - 11:38 PM

Over the past six months, Atlus has brought US gamers a formidable number of handheld RPGs for both the GBA and the DS. Two such games, Summon Night: Swordcraft Story and its sequel (aptly titled Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2) are the two we're talking about in tonight's update.

These Action RPGs are "gaiden" titles off of the main Summon Night series, which has never seen the light of day in the US (until now). Developed by Flight-Plan, and produced/published in Japan by Banpresto, these unique 2D-anime-style games are an unexpected joy for anyone into that scene.

To top off tonight's update, there is a review for the "Summon Night Soundtrack," which contains tunes (both vocal and instrumental) from the first 3 games in the series.

And, if you're wondering, they're all written by Patrick Gann (me). I encourage you to check these titles out!
