11.05.06 - 2:01 PM

KID is currently working on a PlayStation 2 version of F&C02's popular love adventure White Breath. Originally released for the PC platform on July 23rd, 2004, the game puts the player in control of Tsukasa Sagami, a second-year high school student. Tsukasa enjoys his life as a high school student and the time he can spend with those around him. Most notable is Nonoka Asabo, the protagonist's sister-in-law. Following his lead, she entered the same high school. Mio Ichinose is the protagonist's classmate. At first, they don't care a lot about each other, but after Mio is kicked out of her home, the two move together. Living together with the protagonist results in Mio developing strong feelings for her roommate. Yoshino Kasuga is another classmate of the protagonist's and a mother-like figure. Ayumi Hiiragi is attending another school, while working as a model. She constantly struggles with her mother and shows her real self only to the protagonist. Other characters include the protagonist's older cousin and his bad companion Setsuna. At one point however, a severe illness which had befallen the protagonist during his early childhood, breaks out again. Tsukasa learns that he probably won't survive long enough to graduate from high school. Despite this grim diagnosis, the young man does not want to leave his friends and hence continues to go after his life, helping the heroines, while hiding his illness. And just as he manages to win over his heroine of choice, his time is running out.
