So, even though I gave the original Baten Kaitos a fair score of 78%, since its release over two years ago, I've grown to hate the game for some reason I can't encounter. So, as such, I avoided the second title like the plague when it was released. Maybe I shouldn't have been so hasty, as both Patrick and reader Joshua Johnston enjoyed the recently released prequel, Baten Kaitos Origins.
