2K Games and Gas Powered Games have announced that Dungeon Siege II: Broken World, the expansion to the critically acclaimed Dungeon Siege II has gone gold and will see release on August 1. Dungeon Siege II: Broken World will add two new character classes, as well as heaps of new quests, items, and monsters.

Dungeon Siege II: Broken World will require the original Dungeon Siege II to play.
