Quartett PS2 Back on Track
07.02.06 - 9:06 PM

Princess Soft today updated the official website for its love adventure Quartett: Stage of Love. The PlayStation 2 title is a remake of Littlewitch's 2004 PC game. Initially announced in October 2004, the company had originally planned to ship the PlayStation 2 version sometime in 2005.

As the game's title suggests, Quartett tells the story of a quartet of musicians trying to win a competition against eleven other teams. The group consists of the game's protagonist Phill Junhers and the three heroines: the quartet's serious leader Charlotte Francia, moodmaker Juni Algiano and the shy Le Shuhua. It goes without saying that music won't be the only thing that connects Phill and the three heroines. In addition to its more western-style visuals, the game will also offer a good deal of comic relief.

Quartett: Stage of Love for PlayStation 2 will be released by Princess Soft on September 28th. The standard version will be available for 6,800 yen ($59.27 USD), while the limited edition will retail for 7,800 yen ($67.99 USD). The latter will come with a special artbook.
