Idea Factory today announced the establishment of a new label by the name of Compile Heart. Compile Heart is responsible for developing games targeting casual gamers. The new company's first product is a PlayStation Portable port of Astonishia Story. Originally released for the PC platform in 1994 by South Korean company Sonnori, the strategy RPG was later remade for the GamePark 32 handheld, and just earlier this month Ubisoft published the PlayStation Portable version in the US. Astonishia Story features 2D visuals, a turn-based battle system and easy-to-use icon-based menus.

Astonishia Story will be available in Japan sometime this September for 4,800 yen ($41.79 US).
