Sony Online Entertainment has announced the third expansion pack for EverQuest II, Echoes of Faydwer and the third adventure pack, The Fallen Dynasty which will be available on November 4 and in June, respectively.

Echoes of Faydwer will introduce a new race to the world of Norrath. The Fae are winged creatures from the continent of Faydwer, from the arboreal city of Kelethin. Echoes of Faydwer also introduces over 350 new quests, over 40 new types of creatures, and over 20 new zones on top of the new race.

"Our newest offerings to the EverQuest II product line offer great fun for EQII fans," said Laura Naviaux, senior brand manager for Sony Online Entertainment. "Echoes of Faydwer is a content-rich experience for both the seasoned EverQuest II player and the newbie alike, since the new content is accessible from the start."

The Fallen Dynasty is the third adventure pack to be released for EQII. Much smaller than a standard expansion, adventure packs are a series of zones and quests for players to romp through. Developed by SOE's Taiwan studios, The Fallen Dynasty brings an additional Asian tinge to SOE beyond the recent SOGA models from the Asian region versions of EverQuest II.

Echoes of Faydwer will be available on November 14 for download or store purchase for $39.99 USD MSRP. The Fallen Dynasty will be available in June for $7.99 or for free for those who have had a Station Access pass for more than two months.
