Phantasy Star Universe Hit by New Delay
02.15.06 - 8:54 PM

Sega today pushed back the release of its highly anticipated RPG title Phantasy Star Universe from its March 30th release date to "sometime this year". Originally scheduled for a February 16th release, the company had previously delayed the PlayStation 2 and PC-based game's release until the end of March. Sega cited further improvements of the title's quality and stability of the online component as the main reasons behind today's delay.

It remains to be seen as to how this delay will affect the game's North American release.
