Monolith Soft has opened a teaser site for its upcoming RPG sequel Baten Kaitos II: Hajimari no Tsubasa to Kamigami no Shishi. While the publishing rights to the game have been picked up by Nintendo and not Namco this time around, the follow-up to the 2003 GameCube RPG is jointly developed by the two companies that worked on the first game, Monolith Soft and tri-Crescendo. Similarly, Motoi Sakuraba and Nakaba Higurashi have returned as composer and character designer, respectively. Baten Kaitos II will ship on two 8cm discs.

Baten Kaitos II: Hajimari no Tsubasa to Kamigami no Shishi will be available in Japan sometime in December for 6,800 yen ($59.49 US).
