Gravity, creators of Ragnarok Online, has announced that Ragnarok Online 2, to be shown at this month's Tokyo Game Show, will be scored by Yoko Kanno. Kanno, known for her work on Nobunaga's Ambition, as well as anime like Cowboy Bebop, has been contracted to produce at least 90% of the music for RO2.

Ragnarok Online 2 features a "complex job change system", which allows players to have one character with multiple jobs to switch between, somewhat like Square Enix's Final Fantasy XI. RO2 also features equipment that levels up.

Ragnarok Online 2 has not been announced for US release.
