Sony Online Entertainment has announced that their "Stuff Magazine"-sponsored contest, Quest for Antonia has reached over 1 million votes with more than 150 competitors. Antonia Bayle is the leader of the good city of Qeynos, foe of Lucan D'Lere, leader of the evil city of Freeport.

"Women from all walks of life have entered the search with aspirations of becoming the real life Antonia from EverQuest II -- including girl gamers, professional models, housewives and even centerfolds," according to Laura Naviaux, senior brand manager, Sony Online Entertainment. "This shows the universal appeal and popularity that online gaming - and especially the EverQuest brand -- has achieved."

Submissions are still accepted up until July 11, 2005. Finalists will be flown to Las Vegas for Stuff Magazine's Casino Weekend 4 party extravaganza. The winner will achieve a one year modeling contract with Sony Online Entertainment, a photo spread in Stuff Magazine, as well as other prizes.
