Square Enix today released first details regarding its previously announced private event titled Square Enix Party 2005 today. Scheduled to take place at the Makuhari Messe Japan Convention Center in Chiba prefecture on July 30th and 31st, the event will feature playable demos and trailer movies of the company's 2005 line-up of games, the sale of character merchandise and game soundtracks, and a publishing corner.

With the obvious exception of the CG movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, all titles listed below will be playable. Please note that the release dates refer to the respective title's Japanese release:
