Square Enix has revealed, that its highly anticipated CG movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children will go on sale simultaneously in Japan and North America. The movie's DVD version has been confirmed be available in both territories on September 14th. In Japan, it will carry a retail price of 4,800 yen ($44.76 US).

No release date has been announced for the movie's UMD version.
