Konami has announced, that it has shipped Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim for PlayStation 2 to retail stores across the nation. The remake of the critically acclaimed sixth installment of Japan's most popular PC-based RPG series is available for $39.99 US.

Originally released for the PC platform in September 2003, Ys VI will also be available for PlayStation Portable in Japan on March 10th.
