Namco and Capcom are two companies that owe their fortunes to franchises. Quite possibly then, perhaps it was only a matter of time before they decided to gather all their characters into one big Strategy/RPG and name it Namco x Capcom...or maybe not. Well whatever the case, we have 32 screen shots of the game in action and 14 pieces of artwork for some of your favorite characters from these two companies.

Being developed by Monolith Soft, Namco x Capcom is set for a release in Japan sometime in May for the Playstation 2 by Namco. A North American release date has yet to be announced.
