Square Enix has announced, that its action RPG sequel Samurai Legend Musashi (Musashiden II: Blademaster in Japan) will be released in the US on March 15th. The sequel to the 1998 PlayStation One title Brave Fencer Musashi will retail for $39.99 US.

Samurai Legend Musashi's release will mark the first time in company history that a title will be first released in North America and only afterwards in Japan.

In addition to the PlayStation 2 game, the company will release Musashi Mobile Samurai, a cellphone-based 3D game, using the same characters and concept as its big cousin.
