Kouji "Cozy" Okada, the producer of Atlus' flagship Shin Megami Tensei series of RPGs has set up his own company, the Tokyo-based Gaia Co. in October 2003. The company's website states that Okada, who is acting as Gaia's president, is hiring planners, programmers and designers.
Along with six others, Okada founded Atlus in 1986. In addition to Shin Megami Tensei, he has also been heavily involved in the Busin and Maken series.
