Square Enix has revealed some new information regarding its PlayStation 2 sequel Drag-on Dragoon (Drakengard) 2: Fuuin no Kurenai, Haitoku no Kuro. While the Cavia-developed action RPG will feature numerous characters supporting protagonist Nove, players will usually only control Nove himself. Furthermore, the development team is implementing a so-called combo system, which will allow players capable of entering commands with the right timing, to unleash powerful, unblockable attacks.

Drag-on Dragoon 2: Fuuin no Kurenai, Haitoku no Kuro will be released in Japan in Spring 2005.
