Oslo, Norway-based Funcom has announced a special Christmas offer as well as a charity program. The company will be offering a boxed version of Alien Invasion and Shadowlands for $39.95 US. Those who order their copy via Funcom's online store will be treated to an Alien Invasion t-shirt for free, as long as supplies last. Furthermore, the company is also considering Christmas presents for active users and a Christmas party, among other things.

In addition, Funcom has revealed a Christmas charity program aimed at supporting Save The Rhino International. This organization is supporting projects to protect this endeagered species and its habitat. For every Rhinoman Basher killed in Anarchy Online's world of Rubi-Ka, Funcom will donate 10 cents to Save The Rhino. That way, Funcom hopes to collect up to $3,000 US in donations.
