Square Enix has released first details regarding its Nintendo DS RPG Egg Monster Heroes. Having occupied Katori Island, the evil hard-boiled army has turned it into Hard-boiled Island. It is the job of the game's protagonist, a young master, to take on the evil army and its head honcho the Great Hard-Boiled Devil. This mysterious creature has built a huge castle on the island and is accompanied by a hard-boiled prince and queen, who are in the possession of black eggs.

Egg Monster Heroes will be released in Japan sometime in March 2005.
