Released last month, The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age was unleashed on four platforms: The PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox and Game Boy Advance. Granted, only the GBA version is its own entity, as the three console versions are essentially the same game.

Tonight, Soundtracks editor Patrick Gann has written up a review of his experiences with the Xbox version of EA's LotR RPG that has more than a little in common with Final Fantasy X. But is that a good thing or a bad thing? Check out what Patrick thought below.
