The UK-based developer of ATV Offroad Fury and the Xbox action RPG Sudeki, Climax Group has announced the merger of its Climax Solent, Climax and Climax Handheld studios to form Climax Action. This new studio will constitute the largest development studio in Great Britain. A major job for the new entity will be the creation of what Climax calls multi-genre-action games for Sony Computer Entertainment and Microsoft's next generation hardware platforms.
