While released in 2002 for the Game Boy Advance, Car Battler Joe wasn't exactly a game that anyone - or most people - managed to pick up. Luckily, former reader review contributor turned contributing editor Neal Chandran did (you may know him from the boards as Dezo, or Dincrest).
