Atlus has revealed, that players who still are in the possession of a Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner clear data save file will be able to unlock various bonuses in the upcoming sequel Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2. The save data will grant players access to various bonuses, among them the game's hard mode and content based on the player's selection in the prequel.

Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2 will be available in Japan on January 27th 2005 for 6,980 yen ($66.07 US).
