World of Warcraft to Ship in Late November

Blizzard Entertainment will release its highly anticipated MMORPG World of Warcraft in North America, Australia and New Zealand on November 23rd, following an eight-month beta testing phase. While the company mentioned that launches in South Korea and Europe will shortly afterwards, no specific dates were given.

World of Warcraft will be available for $49.99 US. The package will include one free month of play time. After that, users can choose between three different subscription models: The standard monthly subscription fee will be $14.99 US. Those, who decide to go for a three or six month subscription will only have to pay $13.99 US and $12.99 US per month, respectively. Blizzard will accept PayPal, credit or pre-paid card payment.
