TGS: Bandai Opens Gagharv Trilogy Website 09.26.04 - 10:24 PM Bandai has opened the official website for its first PlayStation Portable offering, Eiyuu Densetsu Gagharv Trilogy: The White Witch. The fantasy RPG is based on Nihon Falcom's 1999 classic Shin Eiyuu Densetsu III: Shiroki Majo. The game takes players to the world of Tirasweel, which is home to eight countries and a lot of legends. One of these legends gave the game its subtitle, as a white witch wandered from country to country 20 years prior to the events of the game. Its protagonist is the 14-year old Jurio, who lives in a village named Ragpick, which is located on the eastern tip of Pholtia Penninsula, together with his childhood friend Chris, a 15-year old red-haired girl, capable of using white magic. Since she is older than Jurio, she has a strong protector sense towards him. As part of his coming-of-age ceremony, he and Chris have to embark on a pilgrimage to the Temple of Oldos. At a completion rate of 80%, the game's new version was the most advanced of all PlayStation Portable demos available at Tokyo Game Show. Eiyuu Densetsu Gagharv Trilogy: The White Witch has yet to receive an official release date.
