Rocket Opens Devil Children Messiah Raiser Website

After Atlus cancelled the development of its Game Boy Advance title Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children: Messiah Raiser, Japanese company Rocket picked up the rights to the title. Now the newest installment of the Devil Children series is set for an early November release. Contrary to its turn-based predecessors, Messiah Raiser will be a mission-based real-time simulation. After completing a mission, the game will grade your efforts and depending on your rank you might be awarded with a new demon. Series veterans however can relax, as negotiations to persuade a demon to join your party as well as demon fusions are still around. The game's playable human characters include the happy-go-lucky Jin, the cool Akira, Ami, a priestress who guards the Tower of Time and Jin and Akira's childhood friend Rena, who moves before she thinks. With the imperial army moving to unfasten the seal of the Messiah Raiser, a powerful ancient weapon. Ami asks the three friends to help her to fight this threat by collecting mysterious stones scattered in the real and demon worlds.

Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children: Messiah Raiser will be available in Japan on November 4th for 4,800 yen ($43.80 US).
