Among the titles which were releaed in Japan on August 26th were several high profile releases, such as Sega's Virtua Fighter Cyber Generation: Judgment Six no Yabou for PlayStation 2 and GameCube. The Sega AM2-developed action RPG sold a mere 3,165 copies across both platforms, with the PlayStation 2 version selling 2,191 copies and the GameCube version 974 copies. The sale-through rates of 13.4% and 14.6% were accordingly on a very low level.

Virtua Fighter Cyber Generation: Judgment Six no Yabou will be released in North America under the title Virtua Quest on January 11th, 2005.
