Ubi Soft has signed an exclusive agreement with Square Enix Europe to publish Star Ocean: Till the End of Time in Europe. The highly anticipated PlayStation 2 RPG will be released in the US in August courtesy of Square Enix USA. The game's European version will be available sometime this fall.
