Square Enix has announced it will open the official website for its PlayOnline-based PlayStation 2 and PC title Front Mission Online soon. Currently fans who try to access the site only get to see a teaser page. While the company did not mention an exact date, initial information on the first online installment of Square Enix's popular mecha series will be revealed in this week's issue of Famitsu Weekly.

Front Mission Online will be released in Japan sometime next year.
