Sony Computer Entertainment has announced the creation of a new Chinese and Asian operations headquarters as well as a new research and development division. The former will be led by the head of Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's Southeast Asian Business Development division and Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong President Akihiko Yasuda, while Kanji Oonishi will be in charge of the development division.
