Blizzard has confirmed the departure of vice-president and co-founder Allen Adham. According to a spokeman for the development studio, Adham's resignation was not related to Vivendi Universal's recent affirmation of its ownership of the Diablo-makers. Adham apparently wants to pursue a position in finance and left the game after getting exhausted by his working schedule. Nonetheless, he will stay in contact with his former employer, serving as a consultant. His departure is one in a number of high-profile resignations which saw Erich and Max Schaefer, David Brevik as well as Bill Roper leave the company in July 2003.
