Atari and Bandai have announced that their popular PS2 series, .hack, will begin to hit PAL (European) systems in 2004. .hack//INFECTION is the first part of the quadrilogy and begins the story of Kite and his ventures in 'The World', a massively multiplayer online RPG which most of his fictional world plays. .hack's engine simulates an MMORPG, but with single play.
