To Heart 2 for PlayStation 2 will be released in Japan sometime in mid-2004. The game take place two years after the previous game, and the high school of To Heart will once again serve as the stage. However, the probability of returning characters from the original game is very low, so the character, clothing as well as background designs will all be entirely new. Furthermore, To Heart 2 will feature a vocal opening and ending theme. The game's basic system will not be dramatically altered, though.

To Heart 2 will be available in Japan sometime in summer 2004.
