Capcom has released sales projections for its 2003/2004 software line-up. For the entire fiscal year, the Osaka-based company expects to sell 7.6 million units of PlayStation 2 software (31 titles including Hari no Bari, Rockman X7 and six yet-to-be announced titles), 2.2 million units of GameCube software (seven titles; among them, Rockman X Command Mission), 2.04 million units of GameBoy Advance software (nine titles, including Gyakuten Saiban 3 and Rockman.EXE 4) as well as 800,000 copies of Xbox software (five titles).

By posting a consolidated net profit of 919 million yen ($8.5 million US) in the first half of the current fiscal year ending on March 31st 2004, the company also returned into the profit zone after recent financial woes. While sales declined by 13% compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, thereby falling to 22.5 billion ($208.1 million US), Capcom maintains a positive outlook for the full fiscal year. In contrast to last year's red numbers, it expects a profit of 4.2 billion yen ($38.85 million US) on sales of 63 billion yen ($582.69 million US).
