Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced plans to publish Arc The Lad Seiren no Tasogare (Twilight of Spirits) in Europe early next year. The Cattle Call-developed fourth installment of Sony Computer Entertainment's popular strategy RPG series has been available in Japan since March 20t, followed by a June 25th US release.
