Sales Projections For Tales of Symphonia, Tengai Makyou II Announced

Namco has announced that it expects to sell 500,000 copies of its GameCube RPG Tales of Symphonia. The game's theme song is titled Starry Heaven and will be performed by Day After Tomorrow. The album will be published by Avex on September 3rd. Namco also revealed that a limited edition Tales series GameCube system will be available. The mint-green colored console will feature an illustration of a Tales of Symphonia character on its cover side.

Tales of Symphonia will be available in Japan on August 29th for 6,800 yen (57.28USD).

In the meantime, Hudson hopes to sell a combined 350,000 copies of the PlayStation 2 and GameCube versions of Tengai Makyou II. The GameCube version will be available on September 25th, with the PlayStation 2 version following one week later, on October 2nd.
