Sega of Japan recently announced that beta testing will begin next month in Japan for Phantasy Star Online Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution. Set to begin July 24, beta testers can try out single player, versus and online modes. They will not, however, be able to use saved data from the beta version of the game, in the retail version.

Phantasy Star Online Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution is set for a fall release in Japan, with no date given for the North American release yet.
